Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days after processing via USPS or UPS.

Custom & Engraved Items

Items with custom engraving or personalization may require an additional 1–2 business days for production before shipping.

Holiday & Peak Seasons

During busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering early for time-sensitive gifts.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the future — thank you for your patience!

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item you receive from Hey Y'all Goods. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Standard Items

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the custom nature of engraved and personalized products, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us right away at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable). We'll work with the carrier and get a replacement or refund sorted out for you as quickly as possible.
